- Production around 4,000 0.75l bottles.
- Vineyard 230 m above sea level. Southern exposure.
Grapes from the young vineyard with spurred cordon training. The grapes are hand-picked and placed in small crates. Harvest at the end of September or early October with careful selection of perfectly healthy grapes with a level of phenolic ripeness that guarantees correct aging of the wine. Aged in bottle for 6 months.
Ruby red color with purple reflections.
The Montepulciano with non-sulphite processing, accentuates its red fruit characteristics (blueberries, currants, morello cherries) with fresh aromatic sensations. In the mouth the tannins are more present. The mouth is full and persistent when tasting.
Pairing: with cured meats, cheeses, succulent meat first courses, chocolate desserts, chestnuts.
The last Rosso Conero Doc born dedicated to those who are intolerant to sulphites and want to drink, well, without consequences.
